Welcome, I'm so glad you found me. I'm a former lawyer and mediator, and today I'm a certified grief coach, after loss consultant, and end-of-life doula. For years I've helped families carry the practical and emotional weight of planning ahead, caregiving, and losing someone they love. My approach is equal parts logistical and human, because this work needs both.

I've always been curious about death and dying, but my relationship to it changed when my mother was injured in a car accident. (She's okay now!) Her advance care directive and power of attorney had been sitting on my desk for months, waiting to be notarized. Suddenly I was scrambling.
It was overwhelming, frustrating, and lonely. I was so buried in the to-do list that I couldn't just be a worried daughter, or make room for the feelings that come up when someone you love is hurt. I knew there had to be a better way: support that handles the logistics, so you're free to be present for yourself and the people you love.
That's why I do this work. The more openly we talk about death and grief with our families and communities, the less fear gets to make our decisions for us.
