When Someone Dies
It's easy to feel overwhelmed by all of the tasks that follow the death of a loved one. I offer guidance and support to navigate the complexities of post-loss responsibilities. From assisting with paperwork and account closures, conducting research, finding the right referral partners, and providing emotional support, I am here to ease your overwhelm. Working together, we will create a manageable roadmap that allows you the space to grieve, heal, and get the practical matters completed.
Caregiver Support
You're managing appointments, medications, family logistics, and your own life simultaneously, and most of the people around you have no idea how much you're holding. I help caregivers get organized, figure out what's in place for the person they're caring for, identify what's missing, and build a plan for what happens if you can't be there. Because the people relying on you deserve a backup plan, and so do you.
End-of-Life Presence & Support
Sometimes what's needed isn't paperwork or planning. It's someone to sit with the weight of what's happening, help create a peaceful environment, navigate final arrangements, and be present for the fears and questions that come up when someone is dying. This work, sometimes called death doula (or end-of-life doula) support, includes emotional presence, practical logistics, family communication, and help finding additional resources for those who are nearing the end of life.
