How to Settle an Estate
Whether your loved one left a will or not, there are many tasks you’ll be asked to manage. Let me lighten some of your load by creating a roadmap for what must be done and completing tasks alongside you. You can tackle your checklist on your own or we offer hourly packages to help. We can meet bi-weekly and take tasks off your to-do list until your checklist is complete. You don’t have to navigate this all alone.

It’s always important to chat and see if we’re the right fit. Our first conversation is an opportunity for us to understand what’s going on and what is most important to you, now. We’ll identify where you are in the process, as well as your most pressing needs and concerns.
Identify tasks and create a roadmap
Once you decide we’re the right fit, an official after loss support call begins identifying and organizing the tasks necessary to help you manage your loved one’s affairs. Every situation is different, and I’m here to help you figure out the best path forward. As we start to understand all of the moving pieces, I will create a personalized roadmap of tasks. This will evolve and change as we work together—it’s a way for you to see the progress made and what’s next on the to-do list.
Ongoing support after losing a loved one
Throughout the process, you'll have my dedicated support and expertise, as well as trusted referrals within my network. If you decide you’d like ongoing support to help complete tasks alongside you, we can do that. I’ll provide you with the tools and support you need to navigate the logistical and emotional sides of grief and loss and ensure you’ll never walk this path alone.

No. I work virtually with executors and family members across the US. I can also offer state specific referrals and resources through my trusted network.

Whenever you’re ready. It’s ok to need some time to just grieve and get your bearings. Typically, I begin working with families about a month after a loss but I’m here to help as soon as you’re ready.

Depending on the complexity of the situation, you can begin with 10, 20 or 30 hours of assistance. Once we have our initial consult and roadmapping call, I can assess what best fits your needs.
For those who prefer to do the bulk of the work themselves but need some initial guidance on how to get started, I offer an intro package of two calls and a customized roadmap that you use to get organized and stay on track.
